INGREDIENTS
- Probiotic strains: Streptococcus thermophilus, Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium lactis (previously classified as B. longum), Bifidobacterium lactis (previously classified as B. infantis), Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus helveticus (previously classified as L. delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus)
- Other ingredients: Vegetal capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), cornstarch, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, stearic acid, microcrystalline cellulose.
Recommended Dosage
Typical adult dosage is 1–2 capsules up to 4 times daily, or as directed by a physician.
Administration & Notes
Swallow whole or mix into a non-carbonated cold beverage or food. Avoid consuming with hot foods or drinks, as heat may reduce probiotic viability.
Suggested Usage Cycle
Consistent use for several weeks may be needed to support microbiota balance.
